Sivonna Stringham

Sivonna Stringham is a Resident in Counseling (RIC) in the state of Virginia who has over 2 years of experience. Sivonna works with teens, adults, and seniors who are struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, eating disorders, OCD, gender and sexual identity issues, as well as undeveloped coping skills. Sivonna completed her Master's degree specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Radford University. Sivonna uses a variety of modalities in session, mainly person-centered therapy (PCT), multicultural (MT), humanistic, gestalt, feminist, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Sivonna also places emphasis on collaboratively working with clients on goal setting, and utilizes a holistic approach to healing.
