Dr. Shanks very helpful and saw me quickly in her Vallejo office even though I live in Napa worked out well not that long of a drive She is very pleasant to speak with and explains everything

Dr Shanks is wonderful. I needed to be seen quickly and went to the Vallejo office- I live in Napa so next time I will plan ahead. So competent with a wonderful attitude and smile. Makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Shanks was very professional and nice. They explained everything in detail , and had a great bedside manner.

Everything was 100% from the beginning of my visit to the end. The ladies that checked me in are always friendly and thourough! Then when the girl took me to the back room to wait for Dr. Shanks, she was awesome as well. Finally last bit definitely not least, Dr. Shanks, she is so sweet! She does her job well, and even at the hospital when she performs her surgeries, she is a lovely woman... Very intuit. Very professional as well. I have 0 complaints..

I highly recommend Dr Shanks. She listened carefully and responded to each of my several foot concerns. She explained what plantar fasciitis is and how to care for it. She diagnosed my Morton’s Neuroma. At no time did I feel she was rushed. I brought in several pairs of footwear and she evaluated them for me. Thank you Dr Shanks. I very much appreciate your kindness, expertise and help.
