In this day and age it’s hard to find a doctor to listen, but I moved here from the NorthEast-big surprise for the hospitality and the beautiful weather. I am a retired nurse and therefore am a bit picky about my choice of physician. Dr DeBerry has far exceeded every expectation. She is comprehensive when needed, compassionate, down to earth, and she listens. Realizing the huge demand on physicians to be perfect 24/7, see way more patients than is humanly possible, and fall in line with documentation and insurance requirements she manages all of that as well as honesty and always laughter. I feel lucky to be one of her patients.

My name is Debra P. Shelton, I'm a former patient of Dr. DeBerry's which expands from the early 2000s and would like to return. She was an excellent provider who listened, was always professional and was firm with a soft mannerism. Dr. DeBerry cares about her patients and I'm afraid that type of care may be slipping away. I've trusted her for years and would like to have that care and trust once again. Someone recently recommended her to me and I took that as a sign. Please notify me if and when you have availability for new patients again...I would like to come back home...we're all blessed that she's one of the best.

Wait times are ridiculous and no one seems to care. I left mad without being seen and told them to not dare try to submit a bill to my insurance.i told the “office manager“ to send me me records and then I called my insurance to tell them change my PCP. THEN I get a letter in the mail a week later stating that she can no longer have me as a patient because of my attitude. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

Perfect visit!! She is so friendly and personable. Took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand. So glad to see her with Roper!!

Dr DeBerry is the best! She has been our doctor for the past several years and we have followed her to her new location in Wescott. She has always been very friendly and accommodating to our crazy schedule. We have never had a problem getting in when we are sick, and she is always spot on with her assessments!! I love the fact that she is now with Roper St Francis as well. Sounds like Palmetto Primary Care is going down the drain, and it wouldn't surprise me given the quality of staff she had in her old office. Not friendly at all.

Dr. Deberry is wonderful. She's kind and engages with me. She is blunt but makes you feel like a friend.
