Took me straight from my dentist to be seen for an extraction. Extremely fast, efficient, and pain free. Would def recommend to anyone. Nice to look at too ;)

Doctor might be good, but I never got a chance to see him. My General dentist gave me a referral to see this doctor to extract my wisdom teeth and consult on a couple of implants which was recommended. Called to schedule an appointment. I asked her what is the earliest opening. She asks me if I have a referral. I told her yes, and told her the insurance I had. She asked me what it says on the referral. I told her I can't exactly read it, but my dentist told me that I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. I asked her again, what openings does the doctor have this week or next because I needed to coordinate a business trip. She tells me " We don't schedule appointments until you give me all the information. I again told her, I need to know when the doctor has openings. She abruptly told me next week, and hung up! WOW, I have never been disrespected like that in my life. Called my dentist and told him what happened. He was shocked and referred me to someone else. (Plainview oral surgery).… They where nice and sweet as pie and answered all my questions without attitude. Dr. Shapiro. If you ever get to read this, you really need to stay on top of your front desk girls. You lost a patient because of them..

Great surgeon. Very helpful staff and accommodating. I definitely recommend their office. The wait is long.

Very helpful. I brought my son here. Doctor and staff treated us well and had the procedure done on the same visit.
