Dr Shah is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Staff member who called with test results was insensitive, arrogant and rude. Considering finding another practice.

The staff is terrible. Not helpful and unprofessional in every way. Carol was the main reason I would never return to this office. Please hire a new staff that cares about the patients. It's a shame- amazing doctor with a terrible staff.

Everytime you go there for an appointment there is different staff. It amazes me to see different people each time and expect to have personalized care from her staff. Its because you hardly ever see the same person twice.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Stay Away from this practice. Completely unorganized. Unresponsive staff. Staff is far from knowledgeable, in a field so necessary. Such a shame. I would never want to leave such a negative review, but this was such a bad experience, it had to be spoken about. Staff was rude on the phone, carrying on separate conversations about sandwiches while trying to take my information, repeatedly asking, "how old are you" due to not paying attention on the phone, and does not call back when said they would, (had to call back a week and half later, after being told that someone would call me in 2-3 days TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT!!!) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My appointment is Friday next week and needed urgent study to rule out possible other problems, and after all I've already spoken about, they called and said we need to reschedule your appointment to 3 weeks later as the Dr will be on vacation. REALLY?!?! Do you have no concern about people's needs? PLUS,… there are 3 doctors in this practice.... Please save yourself the headache and find someone else to help you.
