Dr. Smriti Nalwa, MD

I would never recommend anyone going here. We had an emergency with throwing out everything and she never cared and didn't pick up the call either. She started telling stories it will be today or tomorrow at last she recommends to go to ER.

She is not good, period. My wife went for a consultation, and without any tests, she asked us to take medicine for infertility. Then on, she did not check how the medicine is doing, whether it's helping or not, and started increasing the dosage as if we are popping M&Ms. Infact, even for getting our own medical records, she charged us money. I will highly recommend you to not consider going to her.

Don't go to this Dr. She is super busy. Will not give more than 10 min to you and always in a rush. In case u have a concern/issue and want to reach out to her she is never available. Her receptionist will say she is busy and will call u back in sometime but she will call back the next day. If u call her on her on her own cell no. she will charge u a hefty amount. The Dr. has no feelings for her patients and while telling about some serious bad news she shows no compassion and shows zero care. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Overall I recommend for Dr.Nalwa.

Hello Dr Smriti,Firstly I would like to start by telling you how good and professional Maria is and you should really be happy to have someone like her work for you. As a patient/client I would definitely be more than happy to work with someone like her. She is really caring, efficient and professional.On the other hand Linda is the opposite, I have been to several doctors both here and in India and she by far tops them all with how arrogant and rude she is. She really does need a lot of training. She is a receptionist and totally lacks customer service. Everytime I had to call you to find out about the reports or voicemails she left....I hoped and prayed it wasn't Linda who answered the phone.Last week when she left me a message about my husbands report, I was in the middle of a meeting and I walked out just so I can talk to you...Every SINGLE time I have called...All I hear is Dr Nalwa's office can you hold please..in a very cold voice.....So this time I asked her how long do I have… to hold for...cuz I was wondering if I should go back to the meeting or not....and what does Linda do...Hangs up. I can easily say every single time I have had to interact with her she has been rude...put you on hold forever and then when you finally get to talk to her you basically get an answer like go figure it out yourself.After I did my blood tests of Feb 14th, I called on Feb 20th and she was like DO NOT call us, DR WILL CALL YOU WHENEVER she receives your report....Coming to the way you handle things, I honestly think it could have been handled better. I understand we are not clients with no issues, but I was really taken back the way you handled everything as well.To receive bad news over the phone sucks.What sucks even more is that the person telling you isn't comforting you in anyways, in turn telling you how surprised you are to see these results of a patient who is just 28. And how you cannot believe these results and to do the other tests and then you will put me on clomid and see how my body reacts.Then you call me with my husbands results and say he has no forms at all..so Linda will refer you to a infertility clinic and say thanks and hang up....I honestly feel like we were treated as though we brought in our computers or phones for repair...atleast thats how everything was handled by you and your staff except for Maria. You guys need to put yourselves in your patients shoes while delivering bad news, I am not asking for sympathy here...atleast some facts would help...you're input on things...advice on what might need to be done and not to worry or something comforting ? Or is that to much to ask ?

I have been seeing Dr. Nalwa for about 5 yrs now. She is a GREAT doctor, she makes sure that you understand everything she is discussing with you. I would never change to another OBG.Thanks Dr. Nalwa
