Dr. Sneh Jain, MD

I agree with what everyone else is saying. Especially the first long review. She described my experience exactly. The receptionist are so nice over the phone and in office. The doctor was a completely different experience. spent more time filling out my paperwork than I did with doctor. She rushed me out the door even though no one else was waiting.

I cannot say enough nice things about the receptionist/staff at this doctor's office. When I was looking for a new PCP, she had the ONLY receptionist that was patient, genuinely kind, helpful and took the time to listen to my questions/concerns. Whereas every doctor's office I had called previously made their irritation clear. When I came in for my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised that the staff maintained the same authentic kindness and patience in person as they did over the phone. I wish I could say the same for Dr. Jain. I spent more time filling out my paperwork than I did in the examination room despite my wide array of concerns. She dismissed a majority of my concerns except for the ones that required a specialist which she would not be able to assist me with anyhow. There was a complete lack of human connection and bedside manner. I felt rushed, as if I was taking up her time (which was even stranger being there were no other patients after me). I have since… avoided making any appointments with her, but feel very comfortable calling to ask the receptionist any questions or for referrals. It's a shame she isn't qualified to be my PCP. She definitely has more bedside manner in her pinky than the doctor has in any shape or form. I also can't say much for Dr. Jain's skills in diagnosing, being that I avoid seeing her.

She is a God sent to the medicial profession, she takes time with you , my medical condition was reveal through her practice, and on my first visit she did a complete work up on me. I was found to have cancer and didn't know it, and my thyroid which was being treated by another doctor was revealed to be worst than expected, but Dr. Jain sent me to the right Dr. for treatment. She is an exellent Dr. I find to go too. She is my PCP.
