Dr. Sneha Rao, MD

Dr. Rao has been practicing pediatrics for over 10 years. She worked in the Flint area for 4 years before moving to Oakland county in 2018. She decided to open up Monarch Pediatrics to serve the people of this community. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.She loves children of all ages and enjoys interacting with families and watching them grow. She is a lifelong learner. Even after advanced training in pediatrics, she continually pursues ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest in pediatric health.Dr. Rao believes in approaching every patient as an individual, rather than as a set of symptoms. She is known among her patients as being a good listener, friendly and patient with kids. Being a parent herself, she understands the challenges faced by parents and strives to treat every infant, child and teen as if they were her own.
