Dr. Sochima Ochije, MD is a Board-Certified Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist with specialized training and expertise in caring for adults across the lifespan, with particular attention to the mental health needs of older adults. At Novalux Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care designed to support clarity, stability, and renewed hope. The name Novalux, meaning “new light,” reflects our mission to help patients find balance and confidence in their mental health journey. 

We serve adults ages 18–64 and the geriatric population ages 65 and older, offering thoughtful, age-sensitive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
