Traveled to Maitland from Edgewater Fl. On arrival I was informed the doctor refused to see ma because the lad had not sent the report to his office. So I am out of insulin and I also am Having a reaction to Jardiance.

He is a registered sex offender!!!!! LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!

Terrible to schedule an appointment. I guess they do not need other patients.

I have been a patient for other 15 years. He doesn't like to answer questions. I happen to be a patient who is informed about my diabetes and I do what I'm supposed to do. He is very condescending. When I first went there, my A1C was 6.0-6.7, now it's in the 8 and 9 range often. He doesn't ever call you back if you need a question answered. His nurses doesn't return calls either. He actually told me that he will answer my questions at my follow up appointments. Duh - what if I have a problem ? I wouldn't call if I didn't. It's time to find a caring doctor - he's gotten too complacent. Four or five years ago, I would have given him a 5 star rating - not any more

Wonderful doctor .Dr Ali is so understanding willing to listen to you. He is not in a hurry to get out of the room like most Docs.Very caring we need more Dr's like him.

I loved Dr Ali, but the staff and policy's that are terrible! I got dumped from being a patient because they had the incorrect address on file. After I called to cancel an appointment months ago the staff sent several letters to set up my next appointment, and they sent it to my old address so I never received the letters. I have never been dumped by a doctor because I failed to schedule another appt! I was told I could not schedule another appt. Crazy rule when I've never no-showed, late. Cancelled at last minute or for nonpayment! Anyway, horrible customer service, I'll take my business where it's appreciated.

I saw Dr. Ali for years for my thyroid condition. He was a decent doctor, on time, lab is great, front office is great, all was pleasant. Then I had a spine fracture which meant I had to be treated for osteoporosis even though my Dexa scan showed only osteopenia. When I did research on the IV drug he wanted me to take for the osteoporosis I was concerned because of the serious side effects being reported. I called twice, to ask to speak to him about possible other treatments. The only return call I got was from his nurse saying she was trying to get him to call me back about my questions. Never returned my call, just ignoring me. So if you are just wanting to see the doctor for a regular condition and don't have any real questions I would recommend Dr. Ali. But if you like to discuss treatment plans, or ask questions, I would find another doctor.

Dr. Ali has been my endocrinologist for almost two years, (from when I was first diagnosed with auto immune & thyroid disease until now) My husband & I are both beyond happy with the care I have received. Dr. Ali always explains all of my test results and addresses all symptoms, and answers the list of questions I bring in hand. I've just had my thyroid surgery & will keep him as my endocrinologist. I have family friends that see him as well.

Moved to Orlando from Cleveland two years ago and Dr Ali has been wonderful in working with me to maintain my health after having my cancerous thyroid removed 8 years ago.

Dr. Ali has treated me for several years, he has excellent skills in diagnosing symptoms and treatment. He shows concern and warmth. Thank you Dr. Ali
