Dr. Sohail Abid Siddique, MD

Terrible Experience!! This man should not be treating women. Can't even give him one Star! Please do NOT take your mother, sister, Aunt or any other female you know to this Gynecologists!! On October 16 my 87 year old mother went to Dr. Siddique because she has been suffering from Urinary tract infections for over a year. He supposedly specializes in this delicate issue. The day of her visit he told her she had a urinary tract infection and if left untreated it could cause her to have a stroke which he knew she has a history of and had just had one the month before. He scared her. He told her he would call her in two days with the results of the culture and prescribe the proper antibiotic. I personally called his office the day of the appointment and asked him to call me which he didn't. I called every day for the Next few days and left messages never to hear from him. On November 5 I received a call from his nurse wanting to prescribe an antibiotic and when I asked the date the… culture came back I was told October 20. For 15 days my mother was suffering when he knew her results and could have helped her. When I questioned why she has had to suffer for an extra 15 days without a call nobody could give me any kind of answer. After multiple calls and demanding he call me he finally did. when he called he very nonchalantly told me "This doesn't usually happen but Sometimes things happen" he didn't even apologize until I got upset and then said "ok my office made a mistake sorry what do you want" What I WANT is to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else's Mother or any other Woman at all!!! This man is not thorough Not compassionate and should NOT be treating any woman who isn't able to Advocate for herself like my MOM!! My mother suffered for three weeks with an infection that could have been treated 15 days earlier and he didn't seem to care a bit when confronted with his NEGLECT! NOT a good Doctor!!

Dr. Siddiqui's calming presence is what first impressed me; his kindness and concern were next, and then a successful surgery with minimal pain after. You will be in good hands with this doctor.

He embellished my condition in my record such that I didn’t even recognize that he was talking about me! Never again!

My daughter was referred to Dr. Siddique by another physician we trusted. She was in the exam room for over 3 hours. They would come in and do something and then leave and say they would be back in a few minutes, which usually meant 20 to 30 minutes. By the time they go her diagnosis and instructions, she was so upset that she didn't understand what she was told. Lots of unanswered questions. My suggestion make sure if it is your child that you request to be there when they discuss diagnosis and any ongoing treatment. She will be discussing this with another doctor to make sure she understands what they are doing.

My surgery was a success! He is knowledgeable in his his field of Gynecology / Urology and answered my questions with skill.
