Dr. Torabi was born in Tehran, Iran. When women doctors were still a minority in a male-dominated industry, a young Dr. Torabi entered into an accelerated medical school. She was placed in an externship where she cared for severely injured war victims of the Iran-Iraq conflict where medical supplies were limited. Dr. Torabi experienced the pressure of having to think fast and make difficult decisions in order to save lives.
She graduated from a top medical school (Ahvaz University of Medical Science) and completed her residency in family medicine at University of Southern California USC, in 2007.
Dr. Torabi then pursued a fellowship in functional and Antiaging medicine at the American Academy of Antiaging (A4M) and pursued further studies at the American College of Advanced Medicine (ACAM), International IV Nutritional Therapy (IIVNTP) and The Ketamine Academy
To top her post-graduate training, she …did an internship with renowned Canadian Doctor Frederic Hui, MD who has over 40 years of experience with integrative medicine such as IV therapies With Ozone H2O2, vitamin, minerals as well as Stem cell and platelet-rich plasma research,..etc
The experience and work with Dr. Hui were priceless, cementing Dr. Torabi as a leading internal medicine specialist in Southern California.
