Dr. Ufondu has been my families primary care physician for over 20 yrs, and I truly can't say enough good things about the care I have received during this time. Dr. Ufondu has always taken the time to listen, explain things clearly, and approach my health with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Over the years, I've trusted them through everything from routine check-ups to more complex concerns, and they've always made me feel supported and well informed. The staff has always been polite and professional. I recommend Dr. Ufondu wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a dedicated thoughtful, and experienced primary care physician. Anthony J.

I went for my Annual wellness check up which is a no co-pay visit. The doctor requested a script for blood work and I was to return in a week. I returned in a week and the blood work was discussed in the 4 mins I was there. (Instead of a call he could've made). Ten days later I received an invoice for the balance of the "four" minute visit. It seems the doctor submitted a regular office visit to my insurance to simply get more money in his pocket. It's truly sad when your doctor of many years decides to put his pockets before his clients.

he refuses to write any prescriptions even non narcotic ones. I'm a mental health patient who told him the earliest they could see me was Feb 16 and asked him to fill my non narcotic mood stabalizer. I was told over the phone it would be fine and when i got there he told me he needed pharmacy verification of the last time it was filled which i would have known had i been told that over the phone but since I didn't know he wanted that info i didnt check or bring the bottle with me. he has no conscience hes just a greedy acumbag of a person. He's done this in the past. As long as he gets you there and billed hes fine

I have been in his office 2 times in 2 weeks he’s tried to get Co payments from me without any service rendered this is a terrible policy and iam switching doctors because of it and he charged my insurance for last visit as well

I have known Dr Ufondu for several years and can say he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is an attentive and caring Doctor who one can tell really cares about your well being more than your money. He has allowed me to come in on several occasions the same day I called with no hassle. He is a great doctor and man.

My experience with Dr.Ufundu has been great, he is patient and very knowledgeable. My wife also comes here to his office and brought me here, he is the best doctor I have seen.. The staff is kind and courteous and helpful. I have to say he has helped me a lot with my medical problems, . I would recommend anyone to come to his office for treatment.

The times of doctor's visit was very good and very well handled. Having had Dr Ufondu for over twenty years, I have been very satisfied with the healthcare that I received. The office atmosphere is very pleasant and I am very happy with the medical care that I receive when I go for office visits.

I have been a patient of Dr Ufondo for over 15 years . He is always ready to see me n take care of all my medical needs . I have severe asthma and chronic bronchitis. Dr Ufondu administers all my medications and sends me for tests when I need them.

Horrible doctor. You have to wait in the office for over an hour past your appointment to see him, and then all he does is listen to your condition and sends you to a specialist. This is not a medical practice, this is a referral service. Well; my grandmother can do the same without taking my money.

This doctor did not see my son because he had a $25 balance from previous visit even though it was a well visit, to which he should not be paying $25. Went for follow up and they refused him service for not paying the $25. My children had been with him since 13 and 15 years of age. They are now 18 and 21. Didn't matter. No service due to $25 balance and they did not care whether he was sick or not (this was another visit). I thought I knew this doctor, but it does not matter. His staff cares even less.
