The staff was mean and nasty at one point,and the wait was long,when I saw the Dr. he look tired and uninterested about my stomach problems and just told me to keep taking my medicine,no exam,doctor Bellary looked to tired to get up so I left and got a new stomach doctor that I am very happy with

I really liked Dr. Bellary as a physician but the billing department is a joke. They were posting payments for the wrong amount and sometimes not at all.

I had difficulty finding the office because I was from out-of-town. I sought out this doctor because of a good recommendation. When I mentioned their misunderstood recorded message because I phoned when lost, I was greeted with, “Oh, we just don’t answer the phone after lunch.” I’m not sure which doctor saw me. (Dr. Peggy Moeller?) she sat far from me and sideways to me as she took my information. She did not wish to hear what brought me here or what my issues were, but only wanted to fill out the form on the computer. I was interrupting her form completion if I gave more than a yes or no answer. I was then immediately sent to scheduling. Crystal was the most polite of anyone I saw that day. The problem there was that my DAILY problem would not be tested until four months later. I was offered two completely opposite OTC medications for either physical issue until the four months were over. I did not expect an immediate resolution. I did not expect this assembly line type of… care. I did not expect the almost flippant temporary solution to a long ongoing, TO ME health threatening problem. Sign me - Frustrated, Sick & Disaapointed
