Misdaignosed my daughters allergy to penicillin as chicken pox. Not even close. Didn't give my daughter the exam and time she deserved. She ended up at akron childrens emergency department for her "chicken pox" a.k.a severe allergy to penicillin....

I went to see him as a follow up from an er visit got a pinched nerve an numbness in my hand an arm pain. I and a stuff sore neck and i received rudeness because I hadn't seen him in a while. The exam was extremely minimal, he cut me off as I would try to exp plain something. And didn't tell me the prescription he was phoning in for me was something that is recorded in my file that I am allergic to. If I would take it I'd be in more pain an throwing up along with what is already wrong. I called an told them that the pharmacist awared me that I was allergic to the medicine and he never called back. Imo this is because I had not seen him in a while. I now realize why I hadn't seen him in a while. Who wants a Dr that if you don't make then happy they will make you more miserable than you were before you went to visit the Dr?????

Some members of the staff are oddly rude.

If you have a simple problem he'll give you common sense treatment. If it's anything more than that you are better off going to another doctor. Doesn't seem to know a whole lot across the board.

Doesn't know what he is doing. Go to a different doctor.

Went to him after an injury that required X-rays and statcare. For some reason he won't prescribe pain medicine. Had the same problem after I blew out my knee. He knows that you are in pain and can't work, but only gives you NSAIDs that do absolutely nothing for pain. He even asked if I had been drinking when I was injured and I don't drink at all. My family of 4 had all used him as our doctor and I was the only one left that went to him. Not anymore. So as I sit here worried about money because I had to pay copays and for medicine that I could have bought cheaper at the store, already told him I tried NSAIDs from the store and they didn't help, I am in pain and unable to do anything about it. It's like I didn't go to the doctor at all. He even accused my mother of drinking before and she has never drank or smoked in her life. I don't know what the deal is with him but he seems very judgmental. He actually prescribed me an NSAID that he previously prescribed me for my knee and I told… him before they didn't do anything for pain. Very unhappy, in pretty bad pain, unable to work, and frankly disgusted. I myself work in the medical field and nobody can believe I don't have anything for pain for the injury that I have. Waiting room is always empty and it's very easy to get an appointment. There's a reason for that.

Everytime I am need of medical attention I get right in, no problems with getting an appointment quickly. Most of the time I can get seen the very same day I call. Dr Dang is caring, compassionate, and professional. I can tell my physician things that I don't even have the confidence to tell my family becuase I know I will not be judged.

before they needed to record everything on computers it was a more personal approach, now he reads the computer like a book and ask questions from the computer, that personal touch is gone.

Dr. Dang will not refer me to a specialist for either of my main problems. I have asked for one many times.
