Despite several poor reviews regarding the office, my wife decided to give it a try and visited the office several times for an issue she was having . Doctors were very polite and seemed knowledgeable. She provided her insurance card and the staff confirmed it was in network. They provided an out of pocket estimate and she scheduled a date for the procedure. A few days before the scheduled date, the office called her and asked her to call the insurance company and make sure it was covered. When we questioned why we needed to do it, if they had already received approval. There answer was “well there’s a lot of fine print.” Seems incompetent at best and shady at worst. We canceled the procedure and will find a better option. Be careful.
