Dr. Sonali Khond, MD

Very thorough. Sometimes she talk's to fast. My Mom is hard of hearing. So it is hard to pick up what she says. To many follow up visit. She also goes to several specialist Doctors.

Dr. Khond might be very knowledgeable clinically--though I can't attest to that since all I usually get is a referral to another doctor, even when I was in a lot of pain that couldn't wait for the typical appointment scheduling. One key thing is that I can't count on her to really listen and see how my health issues might be connected. Another is that she lacks the ability to communicate. I several times have left the office not really understanding what my health complaint meant--what caused it, how can it be treated, or what, if any, ripple effects might come next. Lastly, I have never received a call with the results of the many tests she had me go through--even when I asked repeatedly that I'd appreciate talking with her about them. Instead, someone (who knows who?) would call and let me know what they were. I really feel my health risk is exposed to poor treatment and am trying to find another PCP.
