Dr. Sondi Saadia Moore-Waters, MD

Last week, I went in for my annual physical and had bloodwork done. I was called this week and was told that in order for me to recieve my results that I would have to pay a $45 telemed fee. I told them I didn't want a telemed appointment, I simply can recieve a phone call and speak to the doctor that way. I was told that they WILL NOT give me my results over the phone and the only way to recieve them was if I paid the fee and the nurse had the audacity to say THEY FOUND ABNORMALITIES IN MY BLOOD WORK AND WILL NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS I PAY FIRST! Never in all my years have I felt this slighted and disrespected by my PCP! DR. SONDI MOORE-WATERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF! It's a pandemic, people are struggling and she chooses to see patients then only tell them their issues if they pay?! Insane! I am here reporting this office to the Georgia Composite Medical Board because this is a money grab preying on patients that just want to be healthy. I could very well have real… issues going on and they are holding my information hostage over money. I thought doctors take an oath to help people. Seems like she took an oath to help herself to people's money.

Dr. Moore-Waters was kind and respectful. I did not feel rushed. The office just had a good vibe and I will be returning again.

Dr. Waters was the very first Physician I visited when I arrived in Atlanta. Excellent!! I spent many years with her and was well taken care of for all of those years. My husband at the time was sick and continuously misdiagnosed by several doctors and hospitals and it wasn't until Dr. Waters examined him that we were informed he was suffering from Renal failure. A year or so later my job changed medical carriers and I had to obtain Keiser who of course has their own doctors. Myself and Dr. Waters were crushed that she couldn't be my doctor anymore, we even cried on our last visit!! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a physician, at least a great one.

Dr. Moore-Water is the best doctor I've ever had. She has restored my faith in the field of medicine. She and her staff is very professional and handle their work as such. From the time I called to make the appt. to the end, AMAZING! She ask questions, she checked every part of your body and she allowed you to ask questions. She never seem hurried or rushed. She gave you alternative things to do for such issues. She spoke to you in a words that you understood. I had to change insurance, but I am sticking with her, I pay out-of-pocket, thats how good she is. What I love about her is her warm spirit. She's a God fearing woman who pray for you. I've recommended 6 people to her of which 5 have going. I will continue to sing her praises. Thank God for Dr. Sondi Moore-Waters

One of my frustrations is with medical doctors who answer to the corporation or university who basically "own" them. Dr. Moore-Waters is not that kind of doctor. She's like the old fashioned doctors who see patients as humans, not a collection of symptoms. She owns her own practice and it shows in the pride she & her staff have with what they do. Their loyalty is to the patient. When you have a problem with a bill, you talk to a person who takes personal responsibility with addressing your concern, not a farmed out billing department who is contracting with the corporation who really owns the practice. After you have been there a few times, they know you by name. And they stress preventative health care, even teaching vegan cooking classes.

Excellent care given - she is awesome and so is her staff. Grateful for them.

I recently moved to the Atlanta area and was looking for a physician. Someone recommended Dr. Sondi Moore-Waters so on their recommendation, I gave her a chance. From the reception to check-out, I was glad that I made the choice. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Upon request, Dr. Moore-Waters was able to give me traditional medicinal remedies as well as natural remedies to prevent further occurrences of the issue present. If you are looking for an amazing overall experience, please do not hesitate to use this staff of helping professionals.

Excellent medical care. Dr Smith is caring physician interested in you as a person and how she can improve your health overall. Very attentive and takes her time.

As a person who prefers a more "Eastern" approach to care, I love this doctor. She has a more wholistic view of medicine than any other Western medical professional I have found. She is kind and thorough. She does not see pharmaceuticals as the be-all-end-all that most doctors do. She follows up with a call to see how you are, if you have been sick. She actually cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
