Please find another doctor. He's the worst I've ever seen.

completely void of compassion....unfeeling...always in a rush....questionable medical credentials....and Iwould NEVER recommend him to anyone....run the other way!

My mother was a 75 year old with Alzheimers. She was taken from her care facility by ambulance to Civista for stomach pains. Dr. Chon was the physician assigned to her. We had never met him or his team prior to that day. I was appalled at the events that transpired in the 8 days she was a patient under his care (or lack of care). After two days in the hospital she went into congenital heart failure from an overdose of fluids. I felt unnecessary and expensive tests were being performed without permission, without results or a real diagnosis. Since she was unable to communicate I stayed at the hospital with her. I saw him check on her only twice in 8 days. There was no communication unless I demanded a visit, then he would send one of his minions. In the end, she passed away with no real explanation or reason. I would NEVER, EVER have this doctor or anyone on his team care for a loved one.
