Arthur Ko, MD

Arthur Ko, M.D. is a radiation oncologist practicing at Spencer Cancer Center. Dr. Ko, originally from Seoul, South Korea, earned his medical degree from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston, and went on to complete a doctorate in cancer biology and virology at MD Anderson UTHealth Houston. He completed his internship at Johns Hopkins University, followed by his residency in radiation oncology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. Dr. Ko is board certified in radiation oncology.Dr. Ko’s passion for oncology began at an early age—so much so that he wrote in his elementary school yearbook that he aspired to become a doctor who could one day cure cancer.In his free time, Dr. Ko enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He also enjoys running, saltwater fishing, mountain biking, and reading.
