Dr. Song Kuk Kang, MD

Dr. Kang treated me and what I liked about him was the time spent to answer my questions n a way I understood, He did not rush the visit took care to make sure I was comfortable with the answers given

He is engaged & totally present during the appointment--although he is busy,he makes certain you understand the situation & explains details in a clear,articulate and compassionate manner. And he has anEXCELLENT sense of humor. A 10+ in my book.

Well mannered and very good bedside manner. Took a lot of time to explain diagnosis and even more time to answer questions.

Dr. Kang takes his time and listens to you and he is very easy to talk with, and that helps with discussng personal medical issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Kang was a bright spot in a situation that was overwhelming to me.. He is kind, considerate, patient and ensures all your questions are answered. He also cares about how you feel about what is going on. Of all the doctors I had during this ordeal (oncologist, PCP, surgeon) and even including the PA's Dr Kang was the most caring.

4/4 stars doesn't do Dr. Kang justice. 5/4 stars just begin to reveal how wonderful a doctor and human being he is. He makes me feel like I am as important to him as a member of his own family. He has been terribly generous with his time and has brought the fullness of his compassion and expertise to bear on my many cancer related problems. His nursing, technical and administrative staff are also top notch and a credit to the office. Cancer and its subsequent treatments are like enduring multiple rounds with Mike Tyson so you want Dr. Kang in your corner. I cannot recommend him enough.
