Dr. Song Young Lee, MD

Save your time and your health and go to another doctor. His office couldn't care less about your health. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 and needed monoclonal antibodies because of my health conditions. They sent a referral to MPP INFUSION late on Friday and found out late Monday morning they stopped doing monoclonal antibodies over a month ago. Monday once again I called no answer and left a message. Had to call 3 more times to got someone. There is a window of when you can get Monoclonal antibodies and it is very short but they really didn't care. Now to top it off Dr. Lee released me as a patient as I'm still fighting Covid-19. Now I'm stuck looking for a new doctor with Covid because his office was to overwhelmed.

Dr. Lee himself is a wonderful doctor. The same cannot be said for his office staff. They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a medical practice. The office culture they embrace can best be described as condescending and arrogant. They operate from the perspective of gatekeepers as opposed to providing quality customer service. I have had instance where they do not return important phone calls. Additionally, his staff do not understand their role and speak to patients in a cocky and demeaning tone if you "dare " to question them or voice a legitimate concern. I hope Dr. Lee becomes aware of the level of hostility his office staff initiates towards patients as his practice will eventually suffer. I would advise everyone to avoid this practice unless you want to put your health at risk because of his misguided and locally infamous incompetent office staff.

My family has had Dr. Lee the past 3 years. He has always been thorough, caring and friendly. It took us awhile to get a doctor we were very happy with, and hopefully he will be around a long time to come.

Dr Lee is the family doctor in the truest sense of the word.

I could not be more impressed with Dr. Lee and his office. We have been searching for years for a doctor like him and I almost didn't think he existed! He is just simply wonderful. I appreciate the time he takes with me and my family and love the warm atmosphere of his office. So thankful to have found him!

Our family have been patients of Dr. Lee for over 10 years and will continue as same as long as he practices, and those that are privileged enough to have us refer him to them have come back with rave reviews and huge thanks. He is kind, thorough, educated as a surgeon and spends whatever time the patient requires, which is why he broke away from a group many years ago. We are full time travelers and always work in a visit with Dr Lee when in the state as he is our all time favorite doctor!

I've been to see him twice and each time, I received full attention. I didn't feel rushed at all. The lady that works at the front desk is always very polite and prompt. I highly recommend Dr. Lee because he listens and cares. He is an exceptional doctor and their should be more like him. I have absolutely no complaints.
