Dr Kim was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but her front desk staff is terrible! I was supposed to get an IUD 2 months ago and they said they would call me in a few weeks after they ran it through my insurance and the IUD came so I can schedule an appt. A week later one of the girls called me asking about the paperwork I filled out for it, seeming confused. But seemed to have it figured out. Now 2 months later I still haven't heard from them so I call and they say they have no record of me filling out any forms for the IUD.

i think dr kim has a good beside manner, is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. she left another gyn office in englewood that i used to go to so i was glad to find her again, although this office is a bit far from my house, her late night makes up for it.

Dr Kim is a wonderful Doctor. I got an appointment very fast. My waiting time was max 5 min. The staff was courteous and stayed with me until I told them all my issues. Dr Kim came in 2 minutes later and spent at least 45 minutes with me. She asked me many questions and listened patiently to all my issues and concerns. She followed up less than a week later. I'm very happy with her practice and highly recommend her.
