Dr. Sonia Rocio Santana, DO

I have had seen 2 OBGYN - both great. She is by far the worst I have experienced! She does not care about me or my child, just how she could make more money. Her office is clean and staff seem relatively nice, but they are all unreliable. Long wait, does not return call, poor inter-office communication, and does not seem to know what is going on.

Office was busy. Wait time in the room with my gown on was an hour.

I needed a referral for another doctor and her staff was supposed to give me an authorization the following day, after 1 week I called the office and they hadn't tried to get the authorization yet but were going to get it the next day and again I waited with no call. After another week, I called the office again and once again they were going to call me the next day with the authorization number. This did not happen and I finally called again, slightly irrated, I waited onthe line while they got the authorization number. There were no apoligies or excuses, I conclude her office staff is unprofessional.

Dr. Santana is my OB for my 2nd pregnancy and I must say she has excellent bed side manners and detail orientated. She doesn't seem in a rush and answers all questions. I would like that her appointment times be more open in the afternoons but I understand she must be on call most of the time

She is wonderful. Really takes a look at your whole body and life situation before throwing meds at you.

she is the worst doc i have ever metshe is totally confused & scares the patient to death.i would never refer anyone to her.she does unnecesary ultrasound just for money.

She is wonderful!! I dont dread my appointments since she has been my doctor.
