excellent doctor

Dr Smith, is very professional, very knowledge and very keen in her approach to patient care.

Front office sucks, doctor doesnt take time to listen to patient's health issues. Not very comfortable with this practice.

After a 2 day stint in the hospital, I called for a follow up appointment. The medicine prescribed by the ER, was making me feel queasy. 3 days later, I received a phone call from the office and was told very rudely," I am not priority, go back to the hospital". This was from the Dr. Smith's mouth. I was shocked! She told me it was impossible for her to contact every patient.I wasn't expecting a call from her personally, but needed a different prescription. i was willing to come in, Dr. Smith displayed an annoying, uncaring attitiude.

Dr. Sonia Smith is professional, kind, caring and she spends time with her patient. She is such a great Doctor! My whole family is very happy with her.

This doctor was so rude and all she cares about is the money. I DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Very unproffessional. This so called "doctor" deserves a zero star!
