Dr. Sonja B Kristiansen, MD

Dr. K and her team are awesome. We did IVF and had success on our first try. Everything went just as planned and we could not have been happier with the experience. Only wish we had found her sooner.

Dr. K and her staff are very professional and offer compassionate care.

I am not sure where to begin when you have so many fabulous things to say about a clinic. I don't think I will be able to cover it all, and do them the justice they deserve but I am going to try. Sonja and her staff remember your name and everything about your medical history or personal life without having to look it up. To me, that means they care. They care enough to remember what you did last week, and are generous and share their own personal family stories etc. They quickly became my friends, and in a world of infertility i didn't expect to find that in a clinic. It spoke volumes to me. You can tell Sonja loves and truly cares for her patients because even after we received terrible news that we had already discussed with her would result in U.S. Not going forward with the procedure, (male infertility) She still called me personally after she heard the news... She had absolutely nothing to gain from calling me to make sure I was okay and my husband was okay. That spoke volumes… to us. Months later my husband and I did go back to them after deciding to use a donor and became successfully pregnant. And the care was still amazing, and fun. Yes I said fun, they made everything easy, and I smiled every time I went into their office. This is the best clinic with the best bunch of ladies around. All my love to Sonja, Trista, Myrah, Mellissa, Jackie, and my favorite blood drawer Miss T. I am going to miss them!

If i could rate her no stars at all i would! i dont normally write reviews but i dont want other woman who is going thru this hard time of trying to conceive to go thru what i went thru. First you only see the Dr once which is in your first consultation from then on is just her nurses. which 2 out of 5 really know there stuff the rest are just rude and they should not be at any clinic because they have no compassion and they dont know crap. Second, you go in for blood work every visit which im not complaining but they nurses take your blood work and they dont even know how to do that! i literately spent about 15 min just for her to find my veins!! im very fair and i've never had a dr or nurse have trouble looking for my veins its usually very quick. and trust me those 15 min where very painful!!! last, when i got my diagnosis Dr. K wast even there it was one of her nurses that told me and she had no compassion and when i asked genral questions like how to fix the issue, how… did i get it, how will this effect my chances ect. she said "i dont know". please do not go here!!!!!

nurses are awesome would recommend Dr. k to anyone I had a great experience. I'm coming back for sure for second baby. cant thank Dr k for helping me start my family

I never write bad reviews because I don't normally let things get to me or have the time. But I feel so strongly about this, here you go!!!!: The staff is so rude and disrespectful!!! They won't let you talk to the doctor or awnser any of your questions. They "don't know" is their response to easily answered questions! I've asked if I could talk to the doctor multiple times and they ask why and "what do you want?" They said she has no way of being connected with. What kind of a doctor doesn't give some sort of access to patients. I have spent hours in the waiting room and had to remind them that I was there! They won't release our medical records after we spent so much money getting all of our testing done! They don't cover our treatment needs so we went to a doctor that was in network. It was a breath of fresh air going to the new doctor. That is how it should be! Not like the unfriendly, rude, incompetent staff that Dr. Kristiansen has! Wow!!!!!! Huge waste… of time!!!!

Do not be fooled by the initial low rates that are offered- it is not a good deal if you don't have professional treatment. This doctor relies on "medical office assistant" to make decisions that will cost you thousands when you don't get good advice. We had to find our own research on what is the best way to have success. The doctor will tell you something that you can find out is not the truth In a 5 minute Internet search. One bad piece of "advice" from her medical assistant cost us $10,000 In 5 minutes time. The doctor is not engaged in the treatment and and the office is not organized to really treat you well for the money you spend.

Poor quality overall, we would not recommend this doctor after being patients for 4 years.

This place is a hoax. Dont come here if you are hoping to concieve. The equipment is outdated and the only person you will see are the nurses who know absolutely nothing. Before starting IVF- I wasnt even given prenatal vitamins- and I was directed to a website to figure put how to administer the shots. Also- no consultation prior to starting IVF. Dont waste your time or money.
