Dr. Sonja L Randle, MD

Dr. Randall was horrible. She actually gave a prescription on the very first visit after she said there is no medicine for his condition Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD). I did not get the prescription filled after a google search that seemed too strong for my son being so young (14 yrs old). In front of me, when my husband asked why did she give meds on a first visit to a patient where there are no meds given for ODD, she said I asked for meds. I said, "No that is not true, do not give my son meds if he does not need them". She should not under any circumstances give meds unless the person needs them. She is only for money $300 a visit. DO NOT GO TO HER !!! She is not certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. (ABPN).

Doctor Randle is excellent with my child. She is very caring and gives complete individualized attention to the patient and the parent.

She was approachable and honest. She listened to us and really saw the unique problems our two very different children are dealing with.

Unwilling to occomadate patients needs. Staff is under trained and lacks professionalism. Doctor is not willing to forward medical records to anywhere without LARGE FEE!! $100, but is not willin to give patient a copy!

Dr Randle's billing personel failed to bill our insurance correctly for a full year, and then increased our co-pay above what our insurance allows for a full payment of an ofice visit, and refused to continue treatment with our daughter unless we paid. Dr Randle refused to discuss the situation, stating she wasn't involved in billing.
