Great experience

I arrived ten minutes before my appointment. I waited well over an hour past my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. After waiting 45 minutes, I mentioned to the receptionist of my waiting. She said she would send an inquiry "back". After fifteen more minutes I asked what happened to the inquiry. She stated she didn't hear back and I should continue to wait or schedule another appointment. After 75 minutes I was called to see the doctor. No explanation. No apology. No recognition that they were so behind. Nothing.I recognize that doctors can get held up. I don't accept that everyone acted as though nothing even happened. Too bad.

I am very happy with my provider.

The bad experiences are beyond my control,usually just passing by nasty people...

Sonya is a very caring physician. She genuinely is interested in my problem, and works with me to identify the next steps in my treatment plan. She takes time to understand the underlying details about my life that may contribute to my issues.

Dr. Del Tredici has been my primary care doctor for four years. She is always courteous and thoughtful and has a good sense of humor to go with her high intelligence. She listens well and is open to hearing about alternative treatments like naturopathy. There have been minor glitches in appointment scheduling, lab orders, and communication that reflect administrative issues rather than this doctor's competence. I recommend her to all.
