Dr. Soo H Abboud, MD

Second time I was there and the Staff were very friendly and polite. Dr. Abboud was Great and would recommend her to all my family and friends! It was a pleasure going!

I went to see Dr. Abboud about a parotid tumor on my right cheek. I found her to be arrogant. She was not compassionate and she seemed to be in a hurry. I voiced my concerns about having an operation but she was very matter of fact. She said that I would lose feeling in one area of my face and that I would have a scar under my chin. I assumed that was the only option but then I discussed it with my sister. When she heard that I would have a scar under my chin she was very concerned. She said I should look into seeing a plastic surgeon. I decided that I would not have Dr. Abboud perform the operation. I did not schedule the operation and it was never confirmed! The scheduler never returned my calls and we kept missing each other. I know the operation was not scheduled. The morning that Dr, Abboud thought the operation was scheduled she called me and she was furious. I am sure it was never scheduled! That morning on the phone she told me that it was not possible to find a plastic surgeon… that would perform that operation. She was wrong! I called a plastic surgeon at Jefferson Hospital who would not be performing the operation but he referred me to an otolaryngologist at Jefferson that he worked with. He referred me to a wonderful doctor who was humble and compassionate. He took as much time as I needed for him to explain the operation. More importantly he worked with the plastic surgeon who recommended him. They performed the operation together. Instead of having a scar under my chin the incision was made in front of my ear and a little behind it just as he would do for a facelift. There is no visible scar and I didn’t lose feeling in any part of my face!! I asked the doctor about that after the operation because even he said I might lose feeling in a small part of my face. He explained that I didn’t lose feeling because he was able to save the nerve. I am very grateful to have had such wonderful doctors perform the operation. The otolaryngologist was Dr. Lughinbuhl and the plastic surgeon was Dr. Hefflefinger. I would not recommend Dr. Abboud

A Compassionate Competent and Exceptional Doctor - I trusted her to do my nasal endoscopic surgery and she took excellent care of me - which changed my health and life for the better!

I would highly advise you dont waste anymore time with this so called doctor. I

Dr. Soo Abboud was quick, thorough and competent. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get in to see her and how her staff accommodated me when I was almost an hour early. She instilled confidence and I would recommend her to anyone seeking an ENT.

Wonderful! Dr Abboud n her assistant was really nice ,very understanding n tried their best to make me comfortable.Dr Abboud did a wonderful job.She communicated with me n did my surgery with minimum discomfort.She,s the BEsT in my book.

While she may be clinically sound, she is aloof and cold.

Dr Abboud, was on time for my appointment in a very clean office. She even changed my appointment time to accommodate my chemo treatment that was set for 9:00. She was extremely helpful and offered great advice to help my hearing loss. I know she is always available for further consultation. I would recommend her to anyone that may need her services.

Each aspect of the appointment was easy. Startingwith Meg, who was friendly and accommodating helping me change my appointment to an earlier date; to the beautiful facility( coffee shop on 1st floor a major plus); to the office suite in the Penn Radnor building. The experience was flawless. Dr Abboud's assistant made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and competent. I chose to see Dr. Abboud after reading glowing reviews snd that she was a Top Doc. I felt I was in good hands immeciately and Dr. Abboud was gentle and sympathtic. I cant give the Doctor and staff enough stars . Thank You!!!

I was very pleased with my experience in this office. I was seen within 2 minutes sitting in the waoting room and less than 5 minutes in the exam room. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and personable!
