I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH EVERYONE HERE. INSURANCE FRAUD UP THE YING YANG. I HAVE INSURANCE, SHE RAN TEST AS IF I WAS 60 YEARS OLD. $170 EXTRA OUT OF MY POCKET. SHE WAS SUCH A BAD DOCTOR. HER NURSE WAS LATE, SO SHE HAD TO TAKE MY BLOOD. THIS "DOCTOR" COULDN'T EVEN PULL BLOOD FROM MY VEINS, SHE STABBED ME THREE TIMES AND STILL COULDN'T GET IT. WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR ARE YOU. IM PRETTY HEALTHY, WORK OUT 5 TIMES A WEEK, AND SHE RAN TEST FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE SO SHE CAN GET MORE MONEY. THEN, ONCE I GOT MY RESULTS, THEY CALLED ME 3 TIMES TO COME IN SO SHE CAN EXPLAIN MY RESULT, SHE CLEARLY JUST WANTED EXTRA CO PAY MONEY. I HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT. I CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY JOB. I WAS SO DISAPPOINT THAT I STARED ASKING AROUND MY OFFICE. TURNS TO FIND OUT THAT 5 OTHER PEOPLE WENT FROM MY OFFICE AND SAID THEY HAD THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE!! HOW IS SHE STILL ACTIVE.

So it seems that the rare few people who had a bad experience are the only ones who write reviews. I've been going to Dr Lee for 4 years and never had any issues of improper billing, etc. I recommended her to my colleagues and they are also happy with her. She is very practical and her phlebotomist is an angel.

Poor billing practices, lack of knowledge as a doctor and incredibly rude staff.

I received my Lab result from Doctor along with the prescription that the medicine she let me take. I took about 2 weeks medicine. Later I found out the Lab result that the Doctor sent to me was the previous year's result. I asked Doctor to send the new Lab result, and she did. I do not need take any prescription medicine per result, but I did which I am not supposed to do. Doctor should have professional ethics and be more responsible, and she should apologize for her mistake.

Made several paperwork errors. Not professional. Staff and doctor both had limited English skills.

She asked lots of questions and seemed very concerned. I liked her a lot.
