Dr. Soon A Kwark, MD

I have had several times when I have contacted Dr.Kwark, during office hours, and she would confirm she would handle prescriptions, only to call the pharmacy and find she has not. This becomes a habit and is explained away with referrals to policy, which if the good Dr. would have done as she stated, she would not have had to be contacted again, about the same matter. Also seems to think her personal matters are more important than the needs of her patients.

Dr. Kwark is kind, through and never rushes me. I would not want anone else caring for me. She is an excellent doctor and I strongly would refer her to family and friends.

Went in due to itching - thought it was an allergic reaction. without looking at my skin, asking any questions.. Dr. Kwark said "do you have dogs?" i do and she immediately said "oh, it is probably fleas and you need to fumigate your house". This was not the case and I told her so. She put me on Prednisone and sent me on my way. Five minutes spent with me tops. So, a week later i wake up with a raging UTI and since being on medication, the itching has subsided. If bloodwork would have been done, possibly an elevated white blood count would have pointed her otherwise. I have been going to this practice and DR Kwark for years, and since moving under Rex, it has gone steadily downhill. I will be switching doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr.Kwarks for over 20 years. I will not changeto another doctor unless she or I move out of state. Dr. Kwark is like family and I am not afraid orembarressed to discuss anyhting with her. She is very careing, understanding and patient.
