She ignored life threatening side effects of an antibiotic and refused to change or drop the prescription while the patients health steadily declined for 6 months into a completely disabled state. It wasn't until he did his own research that he discovered he was on the verge of his organs shutting down and giving himself medication induced hep. She also disappeared after exploratory scoping, which was scary, as the nurses could only tell us much and we were left in the dark. After all was done, she decided to send us to another urologist, which was not even practicing in the same field, and it took months to get an appointment with someone else. After a whole year with a suprapubic catheter, surgery is finally scheduled, with no help from her. I wish I had better things to say.

dont get her as on call in hospitol. Rude, non caring. Maybe she wold care more if I was not an older male. Roled eyes when asked questions and left hospitol room with a dismissive attitude. Go to st francis, she can not work there.

Dr. Sophia Drinis is an excellent doctor. A family friend who is also a doctor recommended that I see her and told me that I could not be in better hands! She listened to me and reviewed all my prior records. I could immediately tell that she is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My family and I had many questions and she patiently listened and explained things to us in terms we could understand . She has gained my trust and I am so thankful.

She ran several tests on my bladder and explained what was going on and what could help improve things. She performed my surgery and now I am a new person. When I first met Dr. Drinks, I was a bit skeptical as she was running a lot of test that I felt were unnecessary, but I was very wrong. Her thoroughness was a blessing. She has always been extremely kind and compassionate during and after all of my surgical procedures, and she is very thorough in her explanations of my many issues. Dr. Drinis is a bright, thorough and talented doctor. She performed a complex surgery on me that other urologists in the area are not trained to do. She went out of her way to review with me what I had she drew diagrams and explained my risks and what I could expect and my recovery. Her work schedule is very full but she is the only one I would ever see or recommend to my family and friends.

Dr. Sophia Drinis performed an unsuccesful surgery to shore up prolapsed organs. During my office visits and aftercare, she should no compassion for my pain, so much so she ignored my syptoms of a blocked bowel, she failed to simply put a stethoscope to my abdomen. As a result, I ended up in Intensive care with a white blood cell count of 40,000! I nearly died because of her negligence. SHe treated me with utterly no repect or compassion.
