Dr. Sophia Janjua Khan

WARNING: This doctor's office has an unprofessional office manager who displays a narcissistic attitude, and the staff seems to support it. I need to voice my frustration about my appointment, which was scheduled three months ago due to a referral. Your office manager canceled my appointment just five days before it was supposed to happen, citing procedures. This is unacceptable, especially after waiting so long for the help I need. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful, and now I’m faced with a wait until November for an urgent issue. This has disrupted my care, and I believe action should be taken regarding my treatment. It's disheartening that patients are often treated poorly, yet any attempt to provide feedback leads to negative consequences.

Dr. Khan has done two procedures on me and she was wonderful. After the last, she asked me to book a follow up appointment. I called yesterday and had a difficult time with the scheduler understanding that I needed to book a follow-up appointment. Eventually she understood and gave me a 12:30 pm for today. I went there and signed in at 12:15. Another patient of Dr. Khan came in at 12:45 and signed in. Having seen Reps go in and out at 12:50 I finally went up to the front and asked how much longer it would be and was told my appointment was at 1pm. I assured them it was at 12:30 I even had the paper that I wrote down the time and address on with me. She shrugged at 1pm, the other patient was called in. I am going to have my reports sent to another doctors and will no longer be dealing with Dr. Khan’s inept office team.

Although I had to wait quite awhile (due to Dr. Khan having to spend more time than she planned with a previous patient) I was very pleased with the knowledge and courtesy of the entire staff. Dr. Khan took time to explain the procedure to me, and I had no trouble understanding her--believe me, I have trouble deciphering what is said by those with pronounced accents, but Dr. Khan is not in that group. I certainly recommend her.

She was terrible besides the fact you could barely understand her It was if she was guessing instead of Diagnosing anything I would never see her again and would not recommend her to anyone.

The people who might leave a review are usually negative (hearing from the doctor what should be heeded). Dr. Khan carefully asked, listened, and wrote down what I told her. She commented on the poor diet habit of so many people like myself. It is hard to hear this, but I am glad she was so professional in the visit and procedure. I would go again if I had a problem.

Dr. Khan very unprofessional, she has very poor attitude to her patients. My advise is: find an another doctor.
