Dr. Sophia K Lal, DO

Dr. Lal has helped me out so much (once she had all info). She decided to try some new PT instead of me having another shoulder surgery. She is very confident and knows what she is talking about. It's 1.5 hour drive, but she is totally worth it!!

Dr. Lal was very engaged and REALLY listened. She was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining my x-Ray. She asked me questions about how I have dealt with my bad shoulder so far which helps us to determine where to go from here. She was great as was everyone else on the staff.

Dr. Lal and her staff are great! Dr. Lal is one of very few doctors that I feel really listens, and takes time to explain results of tests until she is sure you understand them and instructions for rehab and what you continue to do after rehab is complete. Dr. Lal and her staff are always friendly and caring, and really take time to know you as an individual person.
