Sophie Markovich, D.M.D.
Dr. Sophie Markovich has been practicing orthodontics on Cape Cod since 2005. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Sophie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She went on to pursue her dental education at University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 2002. Following dental school, she completed an Orthodontic Fellowship Program at the University of Florida School of Dentistry before beginning her Orthodontic Residency Program in Rochester, NY. Dr. Sophie earned her Certificate to Specialize in Orthodontics in June of 2005. She is Board Certified.
Dr. Sophie enjoys volunteering in the field of dentistry, serving as Secretary for the Cape Cod District Dental Society. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Society, and Massachusetts Dental Society.
