Dr. Soren David Lang, MD

Dr. Lang's co-workers might consider him to be a very amusing fellow, but know this: his antics in the operating room can leave you with emotional wounds that will fester long after the physical ones have healed.

Dr Lang is the best Dr I've ever been to, and I've been his patient for 22 years. He has a great bedside and office manner, and that makes it easier when you have to see a Dr. He's honest and up front in your treatment and I would never want to see any other surgeon.

While there are few that would doubt Dr. Lang's ability as a surgeon, he seems to have, perhaps due to his advancing years, difficulty staying "on task" during procedures. In addition, he apparently feels entitled to much more leeway than what is acceptable (ethically, morally, and legally) when handling his unconscious...and uncovered...patients.

Dr. Lang is an excellent, extremely talented surgeon who is very caring and dedicated to his profession. I believe him to be a doctor for all the right reasons and I highly recommend him.

I heard good things about Dr. Lang but I guess you cant beleive everything you hear. I found him to be very disapointing. Maybe after so many years of being a surgeon he thinks he doesn't have to be considerste of peoples feelings anymore. I do not recomend him.

the knowledge and experience and excellent bedside manner so. He saw me before and after the surgery and answered all my questions and explained everything. He really took away my anxiety. I know I could trust him if I needed another surgery.

An astonishing lack of professionalism and an utter disregard for medical ethics summarizes my experience with Dr. Lang. Using a patient's unconscious body to amuse one's colleagues in the operating room is a betrayal of trust that can only be described as egregious. If it weren't for the fact that I was not conscious at the time of this heinous violation and, thus, not a credible witness, I would surely have him charged with sexual assault. I can only assume that a culture of disrespect exists in the O.R.s of Presence St. Mary's, a place where I will never set foot again for medical treatment.

If I knew then what I know now about this so-called doctor, lang, I would have never let him anywhere near me, and if I could leave zero stars...I would.

I feel nothing but regret for my decision to use Dr. Lang as my surgeon and would certainly not recommend him.
