I;ve been very leery of every other pain management doctor before Dr. Didehvar. He listened to where I though the pain was originating from, he looked at 8 years of my case records and spoke with others in the field to help tie all of my problems together. As I was gettting better, I was scar to come off the painkillers because I've been in pain for just about 4 years and was fearful what I would do if he took me off and used just the methods that were helping me so much.. What Dr. Didehvar has done is continue researching my case, asking and searching from other until he has been able to find a 75% improvement in pain as he also allows me to wean off the oxi's at a pace that I am comfortable. I don't have to fear him taking away the pain medication until i was comfortable with were we are. He is a doctor that you can talk with, speak truthfully with and not be judged or tell you that you are crazy get over it. I would recommend Dr. Didehvar to any patient that has had cronic… pain that no other doctor is listening too or trying different methods to help you get better and enjoy life again. Michele Philyaw

Dr. Didehvar is amazing I’m so glad to say that he’s my pain management doctor Because he does really know how to manage pain. I truly recommend him. He listens to my concerns and works a plan for my relieve of pain. When he does injections at the surgery center he shows up to check up on his patients. As well has even called me a couple of days later to see how I’m doing. Very attentive Doctor. Hard to find now in days. Once again thank you Dr. Didehvar

I am glad I found him. He is very nice and skilled. I felt truly cared for. He never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He helps me with my fibromyalgia and is a huge support. Love him!

Dr. D was very thorough and friendly. He gave me all options before treatment and was able to reduce my back pain significantly. I highly recommend him.

After visiting a few pain doctors in the local inland empire area(whom I was mor very happy with)- I came across Dr. Didehvar. Not only was he patient with listening to my concerns and pain issues that I have been having, but he suggested different methods to go about to finally make me pain free! Thanks Dr. D for caring despite the fact that you had many patients waiting for you in the waiting lounge- you still put in time to explain everything to me!!

He had great bedside manners and was very thorough. Of all the pain docs I have seen he was not just out to prescribe medications or do useless procedures. He actually was able to help me. I had overall a great experience. Would recommend him any day!

When it comes to diagnosis and treatment, he's not qualified to do anything else besides prescribe pain medication. He's an anesthesiologist but states he's experienced in procedures outside his training, and makes diagnosis outside his level of expertise. He's quick to suggest procedures which have not had prior positive results in reveling pain, and is eager to perform procedures to gain personal experience and higher billing reimbursement. Overall he lacks experience/knowledge which was clearly demonstrated during the visit. He lacks general bedside manners and other skills, therefore I would not recommend. Its too bad he's been recently hired by Riverside Medical Clinic.
