Saved my life

Met the doctor during my father's stay at the hospital. I feel very lucky that he was there and Dr. Polena took skillful care of him. We now follow up with him in the office and I always feel that he is thoughtful and caring towards Dad, taking time to answer all his questions. I can't say enough about how wonderful this doctor is.

He was very kind and caring, and the wait time was fairly quick compared to my previous experiences. He shows clear skill and truly helped me and my heart. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Polina is by far the most humble caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of in my lifetime. Dr Polina did procedures on me that other doctors would not do because they would fear malpractice because of the risk involved but that did not stop Dr Polina and I thank the good Lord that there is doctors like him still around I owe my life to him

ALMOST 5 MONTHS SINCE MY STENT WAS INSERTED AND MY GROIN STILL HURTS WITH SORENESS.HE GAVE ME NO ANESTHESIA BEFORE THE PROCEDURE CAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO WAIT FOR IT TO NUMB THE AREA.THE PAIN WAS EXTREME AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR A CATHETERIZATION.

He was the ER doctor in Huntington Hospital when I came in, age 36, male, with a major heart attack known as the widow-maker. There is not a doubt in my mind that his quick intervention and skill saved my life. Thank God he was the one that was at the hospital then...and in the follow-ups in hospital and office he spends time with you and cares.
