Amazing doctor! Took the time to listen to my concerns with genuine empathy and interest. He makes me feel very comfortable with the care plan and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I’ve been to many psychiatrists and he is the only one that took the time to get to know me before making a critical diagnosis. Would highly recommend Dr. Gallner as he is very caring about his patients.

My husband started seeing Dr. Gallner and was quickly diagnosed as bi-polar. He was under Dr. Gallner's care for over a year when we ran into financial difficulties and were not able to quickly pay co-pays. After a couple months he was prevented from seeing Dr. Gallner and when we reached out to pay the past due balance, we were told that we wouldn't be able to see the Dr again because it was "too late". Medication refills have been denied and now we are scrambling to find another provider. It absolutely disgusts me when mental health care comes down to whether and how much you can pay (the past due consists of a handful of $10 co-pays - the bulk the charges consists of late fees, which they absolutely refused to reduce). Find another provider and avoid this entire practice - Psychiatric Services, P.C.
