Dr. Spencer Alan Lau, DO

I was told on April 3rd once they got My referral from my other dr they would schedule my appt. Never heard back, called them yesterday and it feels like I'm getting the run around

Dr. Spencer Lau has been my primary care physician for 25 years. He listens to my issues completely and never rushes me out of the office. He has kept me in overall good heath.

I been a patient of Dr Lau for a good 110 years. He listens to his patients and never rushes them out the door. He gives alternative treatments which gives the patient a chouce. He does not make you feel like a hypochondriac . He does not judge, and trwats the WHOLE patient, not just the symptoms.

Dr. Lau is a true professional in every way. I have been going to him off on and off now for some 25 years and he has always treated me with positive results.

Excellent physician. Very courteous, personable, and likable. He is also an excellent phlebotomist and technically very skilled. I highly recommend this doctor.

My specialist for 5 yrs. I trust & respect him thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

Dr Lau is okay, but does not like to deal with accident claims. His receptionist is moody. If you're even 2 minutes late she gives you the cold shoulder. I've been going to Dr Lau only for occasional adjustments, and never late, with one exception, and his receptionist was rude and spoke her mind about being 2 minutes late...there was a stall on Kalanianole! Never went back. I'm going to the Dr to get relief not grief as soon as you enter the door!
