Did not ask any questions about my diet - told me my diet was the root of my issue. It is entirely possible but I eat fairly healthy and would've appreciated a longer discussion than this 5 minute one after I waited 4 months for my appointment.

I was very pleased and encouraged by my experience in the exam room. The care and depth of the diagnosis and treatment recommendation was excellent and exceeded anything for sinus issues that I have had before. Thank you for treating me like an individual with a specific history and specific needs!

He phoned in the phoned in the wrong prescription. He didn't ever successfully treat me. You can't get sevice or kindness from the staff. He doesn't take his work very seriously.

Following three years of failed chronic infectious sinusitis treatments by 3 ENT docs and 2 unsuccessful sinus surgeries, I was finally successfully evaluated and treated by Dr Spencer Payne. He is thorough, up-to-date on latest therapies and very patient with patient’s questions.
