Dr. Spiros Manolidis, MD

Wonderful chair-side manner, Dr Manolidis actually listened, and understood, and within minutes, recognized exactly what steps to take, and not only helped me to feel comfortable, but resolved my concerns right there. Having been to many other doctors previously, it was refreshing and comforting to be in the office with Dr Manolidis. Finally, someone who could listen, understand, and relieve the concerns I'd been suffering under for weeks prior. Thank you, to Dr Manolidis and staff. You all are fantastic!

Summary: Dr. Manolidis was in a hurry both times I saw him, he barely looked at my issues or listened to me. I called the office as I was still in pain, they kept saying he was not available. The office is messy and no one communicates with each other - they kept saying "I'm not sure who you spoke to.." Lastly, they bill you for things they DID NOT DO. Skip this doctor, go to a Doctor that takes the time to listen to your issues and is honest in their billing. Absolutely terrible treatment both by the Doctor and the staff. I visited Dr. Manolidis because of an ear infection I was experiencing as well as tinnitus. The office does no pre-screening - they don't take your blood pressure, don't take your weight, etc. Not an issue, just different than other offices I've experienced. Once the Doctor came in he spent less than 10 minutes with me. Briefly looked at my ear and provided me with medicine. *They didn't bill me there at the time, they said they would send it to my insurance. I came… back after a week as I was experiencing pain still. The Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me, I did not get to ask all of my questions. I called back the next day as the pain got worse - they told me to WAIT it out and they would speak to him after his "surgery days." They never called me back - I called the week after and they said they would call me back to schedule a hearing test with another office. I never heard from them. I ended up going to another ENT. To make matters worse, they billed me $147.00 (on top of the $200 charges for those TWO visits) for an ear wax removal procedure they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go to an honest Doctor that spends time with their patients and does not have constant scheduling issues. PS. There is no nurse or PA that you can speak to if the Doctor is busy and you are experiencing major pain.

Excellent treatment and magic hands

He's a wonderful doctor as far as the star ratings go. I know he specializes but wish he didn't move around so much to different practices & locations and were more accessible to people with other ENT related diseases no longer in his realm. It's been years and I have not found an ENT of his caliber and really need one. Smart, intelligent, pleasant and knows his stuff.

$850 for a throat checking with fiberoptic laryngoscope. Pretty routine.
