Dr Utpala isn't personable and has a very standoffish attitude. I didn't like her attitude at all and every time I've had contact with her I've left upset. I ended up changing to a different provider after the last time I had communication with her. I don't trust that she would listen to my concerns and treat my condition effectively anymore and don't want to be under her care. I'm concerned that others feel this way about her as well from things that I've heard other people say about her. If there's another psychiatrist that is hired after her I would gladly come back to the clinic but as long as she's there I will not be under her care at all.

This visit went extremely well. The Dr was most considerate and listened to all my concerns changing medications. We were able to have a very nice conversation and I felt like she really understood my concerns. This was my 2nd appt with her. The first one did not go as well but I believe this time we were both a little more comfortable and were willing to hear each other out about individual concerns. I believe following appointments will be as positive also. I understand she has my best interest at heart.
