He didn't talk about any of my concerns that I told the nurse

This was the first time I saw this doctor. I am reassured that I will receive good care when my regular physician is not available. I liked this doctor, who was kind, and who spent plenty of time and care for his associate's patient.

A good doctor is both knowledgeable and compassionate, this doctor did not impress me in either respect. I had not been to a doctor in several years and so had a few concerns to discuss. He ignored my request on how to manage a plantar wart, which I later treated myself. He wrote off a skin condition I had developed as normal changes in skin pigmentation due to age. I later treated this myself as well, with the help of my friend who is a veterinarian. Finally, he ignored completely my complaints about urinary urgency, which I still struggle with today. I left the office feeling belittled and underserved. I was treated as though I was a hypochondriac, and I never plan on returning to this physician again! The office staff and nurses, however, were very nice.
