He's the best, with the best bedside manner, this man really cares about his patients. Very understanding and listen to may needs. Office staff are friendly and helpful. I would not go to any other doc for my medical needs. He speaks to you so can understand what is going on. No medical monbo jumbo.

Not a good visit. Went in for endoscopy. Waiting room packed, people waiting for hours. After an hour I asked how much longer and was told 3 hours. I said I would go home and reschedule and the assistant said it wouldn't be any better so I left. While my wife was driving me home he called me and almost begged me to come back. He said he would lose $400 if I left (unbelievable) then he said he would leave the side door unlocked for me and I should come in and he would get me right in. He said don't let anybody see you, again, unbelievable lack of professionalism

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE (including other patients) TO KNOW YOUR PERSONAL BUSSINESS. I HAVE NEVERRRR BEEN TO A OFFICE LIKE THIS. I went in for an appointment was sitting in of the exam rooms. It is a rather small office. They leave all the exam door open to the hall so everyone hears everything about you. Im sitting there while hes asking a patient about her anal bleeding right out in the open. Reading her info and everything . i asked if i would be speaking to him out in the open like that as well and was told yes (because of social distancing) which still makes no since because he has a. Exam room. That im sure is more than 6 feet. Anyway this is a total breach of Hippa. I got up and walked out while getting eyes rolled at me and dirty looks. When i go to the dr i expect to have some privacy between the dr and i. There is none here. You are all out in the open talking about personal issues. I do NOT reccomend this office to anyone that like… privacy. Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office.

Dr. Vangara is kind and compassionate. He took time to listen to my problems that have been ongoing for a long time that everyone else has ignored. Staff is friendly and caring.

The office staff that answers the phones are horribly rude. Michelle in particular is extremely rude. No compassion, no patience, absolutely hates her job. Dr Vangara was nice the first time I met him but when I went to have my procedure with him he seemed very irritated by my questions about the procedure. He doesn’t explains things well so I ask more questions simply trying to understand what he is going to be doing while I’m under anesthesia. He was irritated by my questions regarding my medications too. Twice now he has told me to stop taking a stomach med for gastritis that I know I need. Each time I tried to stop taking the medication and suffered miserably because of it. Today I called for another refill of this medication and once again Michelle answered and she was not very polite about my request. Called in for script that I urgently need since I can’t stop taking the med. that was at 9am and it is not 6:30pm never heard from them. I won’t have any medication tomorrow.
