Dr. Sridhar Bhaskara, MD

I had been going to Indy for treatment of Degenerative Spine Disease. I heard about him and he had just opened a office in Princeton. I met with him and he said he would do the same treatment that I was receiving in Indy and that nothing would change. On our second appointment he cut my pain medicine into 1/3 of what I had been getting without even talking to me about it then he told me he did not like writing prescriptions and that there was nothing he could give me to take the place of what I had been taking. All he would do was give me shots in my back. I've had over 200 shots in my back and they only last about 2 or 3 weeks. I don't want another 200 shots when I could take a pill 2 or 3 times a day (depending on pain). It would do as much as a shot without the pain of the shot. I'm looking for a new doctor!

Doesn't use enough info; didn't want to see my xrays, despite me offering. Did no examination of my issues. Went there for verified OA and instead took me off all my family doctor's medications and put me on medication used for seizures, diabetes nerve damage, fibro! I was in such pain and sick that I had to resign from my job. Currently seeking 2nd opinion. Don't call yourself a Pain Medicine Specialist when you don't even deal with pain medications!

Avoid him unless you have unlimited time to spend waiting for him unless you have unlimited time to spend waiting for him
