Dr. Sridhar Krishnamurthy Iyer, MD

Dr. Iyer was very pleasant, personable, & professional. The staff setting appointments and/or calling for reminders, as well as the front desk staff were very rude, impatient, & snarky. Highly recommend the doctor, but the staff needs some customer service lessons!

Office staff short and doesn't listen. They spend more time putting you on hold then allowing you to answer their questions. Dr is not access able an NP is rude. Will not leave message for Dr.

Office staff is not courteous at all. NP is very rude. Office manager is rude also along with staff.

Office staff is very very rude and doesn't like to be questioned. Very impatient and only wants patients that do not ask questions. They cater to the elite only.

You pay your money and you take your chances. Suddenly his assistant shows up and not Dr Iyer. Same price for the junior varsity team. Thump your chest and look down your throat - then, say, next... Front office great. At taking your money, but not helpful if you are in the horrible do nut hole. You must beg for samples to get you thru those horrible 2 months. I cancelled my next 2 visits and am searching for a Pulmonologist who cares about ME.

Nurse practitioner very rude and arrogant. Will not work with patient. Said they could not get CPAP information. It is available on MY Air. They control the unit remotely so they should be get the information for themselves. Just LAZY.

Excellent doctor with personal touch.

Worst office experience I've ever had. Office staff extremely unhelpful and rude. I was questioned extensively about Why my Mom needed to see Dr. Iyer since she had not been there is a couple of years. I gave all the information they asked for and was finally granted an appointment. When we got to our appointment I was told she didn't have an appointment and that she is now considered a new patient and would need to reschedule. I took off from work, drove from out of town, wasted a whole day and for nothing.

Dr. Iyer is very knowledgeable and compassionate will all of his patients. He saved my life when I was in the hospital.
