He may be a nice person and a good doctor. But his business practices leave a lot to be desired. I went in for a consultation, which literally was him acting too tired to listen to me and then his office manager, Gus, keep trying to get me to sign up for payments and financing. Making comments about I'd buy a car before I'd fix my teeth. I explained very nicely and politely I've never purchased a car. Then he started trying to convince me how the 20,000-40,000$ cost could be paid monthly and all these other options. Not listening to me that I came in because their ad said they had affordable options. None of the options were affordable, he then said well you mentioned you had family that will be helping you, just have them call me and I will talk to them about how much they can pay us. It was literally a bait and switch, the whole time I felt he was not listening to me and was acting like the worse kind of used car salesman. I was very upset. Not to mention, the calls and texts I get.
