Dr. Vasireddy takes great care of my spouse Rudy. He explains the procedures and medications that are taken for both his back and neck. The staff is also great.

I met Dr. Vasireddy a year ago, and he has been the best ever after seeing many doctors, and pain doctors. he did a radiofrequency of the R suprascapular nerve to help stop the pain from 4 surgeries gone wrong from a torn rotator cuff and and other issues. pleasant, concerning, and cannot say enough good about him and is assistant doctors.

March 30, 2025 To Whom this May Concern: I have had miserable back problems for at least 7 years now. I have not been able to walk more than 50 feet without being in tremendous pain or been able to stand for more than a minute or two. I could not go shopping with my friends or just going for a walk. I have had physical therapy, which helps a little. I had resigned myself that this was the best I was going to be. I decided to try the Spine Care Institute of San Antonio where I met Dr, Vasireddy or Dr, V. He discussed my back problems and poked around some. He explained how he would be able to help me and give me some relief. He was so personable and confident that I immediately said yes, let’s do it. I had three treatments in 4 weeks and I felt so much better. I Have been able to move around my house, play with my grandchildren, cook a meal, all without having to take constant breaks. This past Friday I received a back ablasion and my back is so much better. I have confidence that… I will only keep getting better. Thank you, Dr. Vasireddy for giving me the chance to have a full life again.

Dr. Vasireddy has been my doctor for over 15 years he has very fair in taking care of my pain needs. I've used every treatment that's available in February 2025 I had the pain pump implanted it has saved my life and changed my life for the better, I no longer have to deal with the Pharmacy if feels good to be able to get out of bed without my back hurting, walking through the store with my wife shopping, no pain I was also able to spend time with my son horseplaying around. Dr. Vasireddy is one of the most caring & talented pain specialists I’ve ever had. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor. He is a genius at finding the right spot for my blocks & his technique is flawless. He has a great bedside manner & never talks down to you. He took over my old doctor’s practice when he retired and I’m thankful every day. His PA & staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating of my schedule. I recommend him to everyone.

I was dealing with horrible back pain for over a month and was only able to be out of bed for a couple hours a day! After going to two emergency rooms with no relief, I received a referral to Dr. V. and I was seen quickly for an exam. I had a kyphoplasty procedure scheduled. Dr. Vasireddy was kind and asked lots of questions. He was knowledgeable and was very caring. He was concerned about my pain and didn’t hesitate to prescribe pain medication. He has a great bedside manner and took his time with me. His office staff was patient with me and helped so much, especially Brian. The procedure was a miracle, and the pain was gone as soon as I woke up. I am so very appreciative to all of the staff in the office and especially the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone. It is great to be able to be on my feet again and to be out of pain.

Dr. Vasireddy has been the best thing that has ever happened to me and has taken care of my pain so much it has made me feel almost normal. He is really insightful and truly cares. Dr. Vasireddy is a god send! I am 60 years old and have suffered from migraines for most of my life. The older I became the frequency increased as did the intensity of the migraines. The story doesn’t end there. After multiple visits to the doctor then neurologists I found myself taking allot of medicine and to no avail. The migraines were more frequent and intense the older that I became. I met Dr. Vasireddy as I began to have pain in my leg. On the day of my appointment, I happened to have a migraine and the doctor asked me what was wrong? I told him of my migraines, and he said with a smile on his face “I can fix that”. You can imagine my skepticism as no one has ever been able to successfully control them. After my treatments I am proud and eternally grateful to him as I have not had a migraine since. Going from 4 migraines a month some lasting 4 days, to none has not only changed my life, but my quality of life is better than I could ever imagine. Thank you from the bottom… of my heart. He is truly a God send!
