BEWARE: Very uncaring person, mean for sport, abrupt, arrogant, and the worst in the medical field. He supposedly he is a pain md but he will tell you it’s all in your head and your crazy. He doesn’t offer any treatment plans or referrals except to tell you to “deal with it”. Also, he is paidinsurance companies to discredit injured workers who are permanently disabled. To me It’s a Conflict of Interest to be paid by insurance company to say the opposite of what your private doctor diagnosed with. He will even threaten your own family doctor in his notes; for treating you pain medication.

Unethically a paid liar for insurance company to write IME’s against injured workers. He gets rich off the backs of very sick people who suffer in excruciating pain. Very Sad he’s allowed to practice when he truly doesn’t care for patients.

The doctor lies in his evaluations he is paid to do so by workman's comp does not show up on time doesn't treat patient's with respect and will not listen to what you have to say just goes by what workman's comp wants him to put in his report

Works for the insurance companies to discredit your injury and pain without knowing you or your medical history.

Told me I was lying when I answered his questions. Insisted that *there's nothing wrong with me *my prognosis is very poor because I have a bad attitude *scheduled me for tens of thousands of dollars worth of treatment *had a diagnosis and treatment plan for me before he even met me *constantly interrupted me and then criticized me for not completing my answers *prescribed medication I don't want and don't need *tried to sell me his book. Which, by the way, no one had published.

I STRONGLY AGREE WITH ALL OF YOU....RARELY ALLOWED ME TO SPEAK, DIAGNOSED ME WITH CRPS 2 AND NEUROLOGIC PAIN, IGNORED ME WHEN I TRIED TELLING HIM IT SPREAD FROM HAND TO ARM. GAVE ME LYRICA, EFFEXOR, ETC AND SAID I WAS GETTING BETTER EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN IN EVEN MORE PAIN. TELLS ME TO ACCEPT IT AND MOVE ON. HE DOES IMES ALSO SO MAKES ME WONDER. WOULDNT RATE THE CRPS AS A NONSCHEDULED INJURY AND IS VERY COCKY. HAD THE BEST RESULTS FROM GANGLION BLOCKS, BUT NOW SAYS IM MMI AND SAID I DONT NEED THEM. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME.HE IS A HYPOCRITE AND IM SURE HE WORKS MORE FOR INS CO THAN FOR US...GONNA GO TO PAIN MANAGEMENT. THEY R NOT QUACKS.

I was sent to this quack after suffering a traumatic amputation at work 2 years ago. Despite my losing an arm I've continued to go to work and live a good life. Yet, I'm still plagued by phantom limb pain which at times can be so severe to have me in tears. I don't want pain medications or anything that'll cloud my judgment, I just want to live my life the best I can. Another doctor had recommended a trial of spinal cord stimulation to see if this would help alleviate my pain and provide me with an improvement on my quality of life. Workman's Comp sent me to this idiot who did nothing but go on and on and on about how expensive it was and how my doctor was trying to rob me. Of course next thing you know Workman's Comp won't pay for the trial. After fighting for 5 months, my wife and I finally decided "screw workman's comp" and scrounged the money to pay for it ourselves. And it worked great. I now have my life back better than before. But no thanks to this idiot. If you're… ever referred to this jerk my advice is to STAY AWAY. He lies for the money the insurance gives him and obviously doesn't take the Hippocratic Oath seriously.
